Northview Elementary School

Tab is an excellent principal and the teacher are very good. The building is clean and well maintained. Too many Gas City/Jonesboro parents are uninvolved in their childrens education.

As a grandmother, I've been delighted with the quality of my grandson's kindergarden experience. The one time I was in the room, it was colorful, interactive and organized. I've been amazed at the amount of information the teacher sends home to keep parents informed of what is going on and how they can help. I'm so glad my grandson had this teacher to start his school career.

As a parent I have found the teachers at Northview very committed to my child and his education. The PTA is involved and the environment is very condusive to learning.

The school is well located and offers basic education. No special extracurricular activities to differentiate it. Mostly a caucasian student body. The principal is rather bland in all things, and is probably the weak link at this school.
