St. Christopher School has been a great fit for our family. The faculty and staff have been wonderful in working with our family to accommodate our child's severe food allergies. The school not only has a great academic program, but also focuses on teaching strong Christian values and good citizenship. You truly get the feeling at this school that they genuinely care about your child and their success in the classroom and beyond.

St. Christopher School has been such a blessing in our lives!! The staff, parents, and students are all so loving and kind. I know that when I drop my daughter off in the morning that she will not only be well cared for, but receiving the best education a parent could ask for.

SCS provides a very nurturing warm environment that has a family feel. Their academics are first rate and the children are provided a safe loving environment to learn the basic building blocks that will be the foundation for all of their future education. I feel that success later in life starts with the love of learning and SCS provides just that for all their students. I am always impressed by how well manored and happy the children are there. I worked field day and was impressed by the entire student body. Despite being small school they also have many extra curricular activities. My son is thriving there, and truly likes going to school.

The school has great standards and teaches more than book smarts. Reinforcing good morals is a huge need in today's world. I love having my children in a school where this is a part of the curriculum and is enforced to insure a great education recieved by all children that are enrolled. Also, the school is open to discuss any issue pertaining to your child and ideas for the school that would be beneficial. I would recommend this school 100 times over. A school where parents are expected to be involved! LOVE IT!

Our experience with St. Christopher has been wonderful!! I can't say enough good things about this school. It has far exceeded our expectations. Our daughter's teacher is just so great with the kids and you can tell she truly cares about each and every child. We have been so impressed with the school and faculty. Being new to the school, we weren't quite sure what to expect and everyone has welcomed us with open arms. I would definitely recommend St. Christopher if you're looking for a great school that focuses on teaching and living the Catholic faith. We are so happy with our decision to go with St. Christopher and so is our daughter. She loves going to school!

As a teacher and a parent, I am glad we made the choice to send our daughter to St. Christopher School. The financial sacrifice we make to send her there will be worth it in the long run of her life. I see daily the values, great education and Catholic identity that she is receiving. I feel blessed to have her as this school and look forward to many years here.

As a parent and a public high school teacher I realize the importance of a strong elementary educational experience, and feel confident that my children are being prepared better at St. Christopher than they would have been at their public school. The teachers are committed to preparing our students for more than just a test score, but to be critical thinkers, good citizens, and positive role models. Choosing St. Christopher was the best decision I have made for my children and I would recommend St. Christopher to any parent.

No words can relate how happy I am with our decision to send our kids to St Christopher School. Every staff member... not just teachers but secretaries to housekeeping... is wonderful. I believe my kids are receiving a top-notch education. I think part of that comes from the expectations the teachers have for the students. I also think part of that is because the environment for learning is so strong. The students are very well behaved. There is a true sense of family. We are not well off like many of the families in our private school. But, I have never been made to feel any less welcome or any less significant. Every person with whom I've been acquainted with has just been really warm and friendly. We truly feel lucky to be able to send our kids to such a wonderful school.

We chose St. Christopher because we were unsatisfied with the public school in our area and we could not be any happier with our decision. The teachers really care about the kids and want them to do well. As a volunteer, I am welcomed with open arms and appreciated. My daughter is thriving both academically and socially and absolutely loves her school!

We initially chose St. Chris after a glowing recommendation from a current parent. Because my husband and I were from a small town and products of a public education, we decided that we would only send our daughter to pre-k at St Chris. Well, our daughter is now in kindergarten and we have enrolled her yet again because we are positive that the education, spiritual growth and family atmosphere would not be found elsewhere. Our daughter truly says prayers of thanks nearly every night for being able to attend such a wonderful school. We are so pleased in every way with her development .

St. Christopher was the perfect choice for our daughter this year. The school is small enough to have a real sense of community. The teachers, faculty, and other students all knew her after a very short time. She has recieved a great start to her education and has become a very well rounded young lady. We look forward to the rest of her years with St. Chris.

We initially came to St. Chris because we wanted our son and daughter in the same school for Kindergarten and Pre-K before moving into the public school system. After we started attending the sense of community and parent support has convinced us to continue to make St. Chris our home. The teachers are amazing, the families are involved and it has a feeling of community that is hard to find now a days. We could not be happier.

I thank my lucky stars each morning that my daughter attends St. Christopher School! We knew from the beginning that we wanted a Catholic school for our daughter. As we began researching schools prior to enrolling her in PreK, we were consistenly impressed with what St. Chris has to offer. She ADORES the faculty and staff; we are completely grateful for the phenomenal education they provide to our daughter! The curriculum is stellar, each member of the school is a member of the family (for example, after her first week at school, the older students and ALL members of the fac/staff knew her by name!) and the student that St. Chris "produces" is top-notch. We are always bowled over by their maturity and politeness. I HIGHLY recommend St. Christopher to anyone considering a private school education. There is no other school I would EVER consider for my daughter. I wish I could give them 10 stars instead of just 5!

I currently have two children that attend St. Chris. Both absolutely love their little school. When I take them to public schools they thank me for sending them to St. Chris and not making them go to the big schools. What they don't know, is we are extremely happy with our choice. Our children are constantly challenged, and although their grades are good, the teachers see their potential and challenge them to do better. The teachers genuinly care about each student...I knew we were in the right place when my daughter was in kindergarten and was a little scared to attend aftercare after school (which is also a terrific program!!). She cried every day!! The kindergarten teacher noticed her distress and assigned two 6th grade girls to take her aside each day and stay with her until she was comfortable and willing to join the other students. Where else can you find that level of caring both at the teacher level and the "upper-class" level? The children are taught to be caring children through the actions of the staff at St. Chris. There is no other option for our children!!

Run!, don't walk to enroll your child at St. Christopher School. The principal, teachers, staff ,and priests are an extension of family. They know ( all of them) the students by name and welcome them to school each day. We have felt a sense of family and peace of mind when our boys are at school. Our boys have become self motivated and confident in their demeanor all because of the education received at St. Christopher School. A great place to live, learn , and pray!

The best thing about St. Christopher School is the sense of community. I love that all the teachers know my son by name, even the ones who have not taught him yet. I love that I know all the students in his class and most of his parents. I feel so very fortunate that he is able to grow and learn in such a safe, nurturing, and loving environment. This is the most important reason we chose St. Christopher School for our family.

St. Christopher School has been such an amazing part of our family''s life for many years. My boys attended prechool through sixth grade at this school. The staff feels like family. The excellent education they received has prepared them for Jr. High and Highschool. They have become such well rounded young men and I attribute much of that to the years they spent at St. Christopher School.

I have had several children attend St. Christopher and what makes (made) it a great school for each of my children was the fact that each one of them was seen for his/her own strength and weaknesses. In addition, I never saw the teachers stagnate in their teaching ablilites. Each teacher had grown in their personal development as educators throughout the years. Finally St. Christopher is such a small school, I always felt a sense of community.

The staff at St. Christopher School truly work in connection with the parents. What it taught at home is reinforced at school and vice versa. Every staff member has gone above and beyond for both of my kids. If there is a need all you have to do is let someone know and it's taken care of! We are a true family. My Son is a freshman at Cardinal Ritter now and he started at St. Chris as a preschooler. He and his group from St. Chris were well prepared for Jr. High and now High school because of our awesome staff at St. Chris. We set our standards higher in every facet of education and our students rise to the challenge. I've heard from others that our students are the most respectful they've ever seen.

St. Christopher School is a Blue Ribbon School and my four kids have received the highest quality religious education that we always hoped for our kids. Kids deserve to be in a safe learning environment, being taught by high quality educators who care deeply about the kids, and that is what you get at St. Christopher School.

My son was lucky and able to attend St. Christopher School for his kindergarten year. I feel he has received a great start in his education through his wonderful teachers and the staff members who have taught him so much. He is a very well rounded young man and I thank St. Christopher School for that. I loved to hear the staff greet him as he walked through the doors in the morning. It is a small "family-like" school where everyone knows each student and their families. Not only did my son have his friends in his class, but I was amazed at how many of the older students knew him and socialized with him. That says something about this school, it truly is an extension of our family. Not only did we have a great experience with our child as a student but also as parents.

I am a parent of a 5th and 6th grader at St. Christopher School. My oldest started in kindergarten in 2003 and over the last 7 years, I have been thoroughly pleased with all aspects of the school, including the staff, parents, quality of education, class size, religious foundation, opportunities for voluteering, and most importantly, the safety and well-being of my children while at school. My oldest spent the first 3 years at St. Chris dealing with heath issues that required the staff's attentiveness and compassion. They absolutely met my expectations and went out of their way to ensure that my child's needs were met, both physically and emotionally. For that, I will be forever grateful. St. Chris provides an academic environment that challenges the students at all levels, while maintaining and fostering a nurturing and spiritual atmosphere. The entire school community is an extension of our family!

The education my children have received at St. Christopher School deserves an excellent, 5 star rating! I am not only a parent, but a teacher at this wonderful school. I drive 30-35 minutes each day to bring my children with me because I believe in the quality academics and the Catholic Christian beliefs that are taught there. The environment is warm and welcoming, and we are very much a part of a school family! The parental involvement and support combined with a dedicated and superior faculty and staff make this school the best of the best. It is truly an outstanding place for your child to grow academically and spiritually! I am so proud to be able to give my own children the gift of a great elementary foundation that they will build on for the rest of their lives.

St. Chris cares. The parish, administration, teachers, parents, and students care about the school and quality of eduction for our pre-K through 6th graders. One of the most telling facts is that each of my children is known by all of the school staff. A great result of this is the mission and Catholic values being instilled at all levels.

For us, it was never a question. Sending our boys to St. Christopher School provides the consistency of message we were looking for in passing our Catholic values to our children. They see their classmates at church, in Scouts, and in the neighborhood too. Mass participation gives students the opportunity to work on public speaking in addition to faith development. St. Christopher provides a nurturing environment of faith, as well as an excellent education. Active parent volunteers provide a community that builds lasting friendships and support with people who worship together, while making the school and its activities more affordable to a greater part of the parish. The parish and the school really are part of our extended family.

As a parent of a student at St. Chris I am very pleased with the educatin they have been exposed to. I fell there is a strong family involvment and the teachers provide a exceptional teaching method. The small classes account for a lot of that. I fell that that waht St. Chris has offered will allow my childern to excel into more as they continue their education.

As a parent and a teacher, I can t help but compare the quality of education my children have received and continue to receive at St. Christopher School with the school district I work in. Both have excellent curriculum, hard-working faculty and high expectations set for students. However on 9/11/2001 the difference became apparent. Parents at my school were scrambling to pick up their children and hurry home. My fears were eased when I called St. Christopher School to find that the students were gathered in the church to pray. The difference is Faith and St. Christopher School reinforces the importance of our Catholic Faith for their students very well.

My triplet boys have been at St Christopher since they were in kindergarten, they are now in 3rd grade. We took one semester off to experience the public school in our area, although a great, highly rated school system we could not wait to get them back to St. Christopher. We found that the family environment, the excellent teaching skills, and the love and support at St. Christopher could not be found elsewhere. The staff is exceptional and the curriculum is excellent.

Having grown up in a small Indiana town, I worried that my children would miss out on all the benefits because of living in a large metropolitan area. St. Christopher offers the best of both worlds! The classes are small, the faculty know each child and the entire family very well, and academics is at the forefront. I am confident that St. Christopher School is going to help make my children as well rounded and confident as they can be.

My husband and I chose St. Christopher for our oldest daughter when she was in kindergarten many years ago. We sent our other children there as well and when our oldest was in 5th grade we were relocated overseas for 5 years! We kept in touch with the principal and teachers while we were gone because they weren't just our kids teachers they were family! When we moved back to the U.S. we came back to St. Christopher School even though we are closer to another catholic school! We love this school and feel like it's the best place for our children to learn and grow in their faith.

St. Christopher is the place to be! We live several minutes away and I even teach at a different school. We still choose to send our children to St. Christopher. The teachers are caring and experienced. The staff provides a safe environment in which to learn. Our children attend Mass regularly and are growing in their faith. Field trips are paid for by a dedicated Parent Teacher Partnership. St. Christopher is our second home!

I am very pleased with the entire educational experience for my children at St. Christopher School. My oldest is in college and has always been a good student; the foundation laid for her while at St. Chris prepared her for the many learning experiences in and outside of the classroom. My youngest child who is currently still enrolled at St. Chris has learning and behavioral challenges that have been met with educational professionalism as well as genuine care by all of his teachers. I have been blessed with teachers and administrators who are willing partners in ensuring that my children succeed, regardless of their special needs.

I really can't fit into this little box how much I love and appreciate St. Christopher School. I have a 5th grader there who has been there since 1st grade and it has been a God send in our family. It's a quaint, quintesential school house filled with so much love and attention for the students. Everytime I walk into those doors, I feel embraced by the teachers and the staff, as does my daughter. She absolutely loves St. Christopher and I can't wait until my 3 year old starts going there for Pre-K. It has that old-fashioned small feeling to it that new schools are lacking, yet all the trimmings of current & even future technology. The other parents are a part of one big St. Chris family and we've built strong friendships with other parents. Every teacher has gone above & beyond in helping my child acheive her best.

What a wonderfully warm school! Small classrooms, attentive teachers and a principal that meets you at the door every day greeting each student by name. Such a family feeling. Lack of bus service is no problem with willing parents. Friendly, inviting and just named a Blue Ribbon Winner for 2004. If you're thinking of a home on the Westside, think about St. Christopher School.
