This is a failing inner-city high school with a high drop out rate. Violence, drug abuse, and gang activity are rampant. If you love your children and want then to have a chance at a decent future do not send them to George Washington High School.... more

The attitudes of some of the students is pretty bad. Hard to make friends. It can get lonesome. I wouldn't consider the school a friendly environment because of the students.
