This school only cares about how much money they can bring in. If you choose this school. I would suggest that you contact previous parent's to find out why they pulled their student out of this school. You will be very disappointed.

This school is horrible, my child was accused of taking pictures of another student that should not had been posted at a school. The principal tried to blame him and he was treated poorly by other students. They only care for certain students and boys are always wrong at this school.

Horrible School, these people here care for only themselves!!! I am glad that I left this school when Mr. O retired.

This school is not what it is cracked up to be. I thought all the teachers were state certified that is what they lead you to believe until you find out differently. Even the principal doesn't have no educational background.

Horizon is an amazing school. Both of my kids attend elementary school and I can't say enough about the teachers and staff as well as the other parents. Parents are involved and they care!! The teachers are amazing - we have never had one that wasn't what I would consider outstanding! My children learn about God - come home singing the same bible songs I sang as a child! They learn how to treat others with love and respect. There is no bullying or ridiculing. I also love the cirriculum and feel my children are excelling academically.

We have grandkids attending Horizion. What a blessing this school has been for us, the teachers love and encourage the kids as if they are their own. A great school to learn and talk about God. What a blessing.
Horizon Christian School is an answer to prayer for our family. In today's harsh and uncertain times, Horizon offers a safe, caring, and outstanding educational environment for my children. The staff looks at the student as a whole person. They are not just concerned with grades, behavior, or sports. Each student is like one of their own children; loved, encouraged, and raised to discover their full purpose from the Lord. They offer activities for all interests! Sports, dance, chess, and robotics name just a few ways to get your student involved. The broad range of classes offered encourage students at all academic levels to succeed. My children love their teachers and have very open communication with them. My children are better students, friends, athletes, and people because of the leadership at Horizon Christian School.

This school cares only about generating money. I never saw any evidence from the school staff that they even remotely cared about the best interests of each student. My son, who has ADHD, was treated incredibly poorly at this school. He was constantly separated from his peers to the point where they were making comments calling him a "bad kid." I have legitimately never seen a more unkind, uncaring group of "educators." No one at this school seemed remotely interested in helping our son succeed. We have since moved him to a new school with an incredibly supportive staff who genuinely care about his well being and ensuring he has the best experience possible. He is now thriving and enjoying school instead of coming home in tears every single day. I was incredibly disappointed in this school and wholeheartedly regret my decision to ever send my son here.

As a student, Horizon is way too strict, the administration is way too strict, cussing gets you expelled is an extremely stupid rule, don't go there
Horizon has a fantastic athletics program and a full time athletic director. Sports available include volleyball, basketball, soccer, baseball, and more. With such an amazing campus, this school has something in which every student can excel.

Our son went to Horizon last year for the first time. He was in 6th grade and will go to 7th this year at Horizon. Horizon is a godsend for us. It really is a family there. He is nurtured, encouraged, loved and extremely well-educated at Horizon. The small classes are wonderful and character education is everywhere in this school. We fully intend to send him to Horizon all the way through high school. It is a wonderful match for us. Thank you, Horizon! I am very at peace with the decision to have him there.

I enrolled my son whom was homeschooled for 3 years previous. I was worried how he would blend in with the students at Horizon and how well he would do academically. I am so pleased and thankful for Horizon and the teachers there. They have been so supportive and so have the parents. My son has loved everyday of school.

Horizon is an outstanding school that God is blessing in so many ways. Last year we added 9th grade and are adding 10th grade this year. We are growing a rate that can only be God blessed. I love the samller classes for my children and personal attention they receive. The teachers and staff really do love our children, whether they are their students or not. It is awesome to watch our principal greet each of our students by name as he meets them at the door each morning. Even the first day of school, he does everyone by name. Over 50% of our families are involved in volunteer work for the school.
