My children have a attended CC for many years, I find their science and math department lacking. The curriculum is limited. And although they offer may athletic options the are not a good place if your child excels at music or singing. Music is not a forrunner of importance at CC. I find most of the parents excellent people. The administrators do well with what they are offered but the tuition cost should afford them better. In the winter it is cold in the class rooms in the spring and fall it's hot. If you wish to keep your kids away from the freaks it is a good place. But the public high school does offers a much larger variety of courses. They have course packets designed for particular college avenues. The admin does care for the kids and if a catholic influence is what is important then CC is it.

Central Catholic will provide the type of education your child will need to meet a variety of options upon graduation. It is a disciplined environment. They do not try to usurp the parents responsibily when it comes to being respnsible for teaching their child certain personal subjects. They do not indoctrinate your child with their own political views. And they do not pass a student on to the next grade unless he/she is academically prepared to do so. As a former student at Central Catholic, I thank my parents for opting to send me to C.C. instead of one of the public schools in the area. You can rest assured your student will get the best possible education and be fully prepared for the challenges of college when they receive their diploma from this school.
