We love MCA! I highly recommend this school. We had our daughter tested into PreK early , as she is ahead of the game. They were happy to evaluate her and to work with our family to get her into the school. She has done absolutely wonderfully and the teachers and staff are fantastic. The other students are polite and friendly to everyone. They have several opportunities to get involved and a lot of school activities and functions. It feels like a family. We are so fortunate to have found MCA!
My daughter just started first grade at MCA this year and being a single mom it's a huge sacrifice for me, but after going to the school and meeting the teachers, other parents, etc I feel as I've made the very best decision for her schooling needs. The one thing I love about MCA is that the faculty is so loving and caring and everything is so family oriented. You can go there at any time to talk to someone, to check up on your child, eat lunch with them, etc. I'm just overwhelmed by how much pride the teachers take in their role in our childs lives. It's just overall amazing and I couldn't feel more blessed to be able to have her attend there. I could easily tell people it's the best place for your child.
The atmosphere at the school has improved greatly. We were in a period of change a couple of years ago, but things seem to be much better. The teachers are still great. Parental volunteering is much encouraged. The sports program has grown a lot in the past year and the music and arts programs are pretty good, too. The teachers, coaches and staff are a group of dedicated Christians who are serious about providing a good, well-rounded education, with everything centered around the Bible. You know up front what to expect, which is really nice. I highly recommend this school. We make sacrifices to be able to send both our children here, so we obviously think it is worth it.
Presently we educate both of our children at MCA. We are very pleased with the quality of the education, the facility and the teachers. The administrator is excellant. The curriculum is challenging and the Jr. Hi Science and technology areas are very strong. Great school for the price. You could pay a lot more and get a lot less.
My daughter has attended M.C.A. since she began kindergarten at 5 years old, now she is 12 and a seventh grader. We want the freedom of being Christians, even in school so that is our primary reason we started her out at M.C.A., as time has passed we are very secure with the educational format. We have a tremendous faith in the teachers, adminisitrating, and all of the staff that work with our child every day. Parents can volunteer to help out any time, which I believe brings a tighter bond with my daughter and myself. The M.C.A. continues to be a blessing to our family.
