I have not at all been impressed with the quality of education offered my child through Meadowbrook. My child experienced problems being bullied and the matter was not taken seriously by staff. A visit to the school revealed the seriousness of children out of control and teachers seemingly not caring. We are looking for an alternative for next year, hjave had enough of the mediocrity found in this "learning" environment.

Meadowbrook is AWESOME. The teachers are very caring and competent. My children left Meadowbrook well prepared for middle school.

Seems like at Meadowbrook they may have good students or many students with potential but the rest of the kids won't let them grow.

I agree with the first poster about bullies not being properly taken care of. I also find that this school doesn't seem to want to deal properly with children who have learning and/or physical disabilities. I really think they don't understand those disabilities and aren't showing any interest in learning about them.

I feel that most of the teachers don't have control of their classes. I do know that there a few of the teachers in the school trying their best to be in charge and help other teachers in the building. But it needs to be all teachers and staff working together as a team to get a handle on things, not just a few. They allow the children to pick on one another and get a way with it, along with physically harming other students. I feel that school should be fun in learning and not a place to be bullied and to goof off at. Teachers need to confront the parents of the bullies so they can either get it under control ASAP, or get their child the medical attention they may need. This way the kids that are bullied can try to get their self-steam back up.
