I think this school really makes a difference in the students' lives but also the family as a whole. The students are challenged when needed but also lifted up to meet one's potential after struggling. The teachers know each student and their family very well and students are trained up to be respectful, compassionate, competitive, and confident academically and spiritually. It is a small school but one of the best kept secrets in the area.

THis is an outstanding school. My children have attended since K, and were reading by the completion of the school year. If I could clone the K and 3rd grade teachers I would. The vast majority of families that attend are kind and involved and of high moral character, yet they are very down=to earth. No school is perfect, but I could not be more pleased. I do not always agree with the principal, but she is always willing to listen and welcomes my phone calls even at home. THe professional atmosphere is relaxed, yet structured. There are currently no extracurricular activities, but this is a major priority for the principle. Also, there are several community sports activities offered through the N.L. Parks department. I travel several miles to attend this school. Would like more parents to be involved. THe same parents always volunteer.
