The school is totally unorganized.
Up to the fifth grade the teachers were very good. At the fifth grade level the overall teacher quality has gone down. One teacher is extremely rude to the kids and the parents, the good ones as well as the bad. Our son is an A/B student in the gear up program, which I think is a great program. He has always enjoyed school until this year. All he can talk about is how he looks forward to next year and the teacher he will have then. There is something wrong when the teacher intimidates your kids. This is not a good learning environment. I would have to say we have considered other educational options. It is to bad when the principal knows of the problems and refuses to do something about it.
