This school is NOT ACCREDITED by the STATE OF INDIANA!!! And they are taking students hard earned money and misleading them into thinking that they now have a High School Diploma. If they are not accredited by the State it is not a valid Diploma! I really feel sorry for these studets who have worked so hard and then they find out it is not valid!!

This is NOT an accredited school! Do NOT send your kids here, and don't get your GED here, it is not real! They cannot issue a real diploma or GED. Don't waste your money!

Obviously the GEDs that you get from here are fake. They take your money and give you a test to take home and return. People come from out of town to get this test and have a piece of paper claiming to be a GED. You may as well print yourself a certificate off the computer if that's all you're after. The women they have running that place cares about one thing & one thing only.. money. My friend made the mistake of sending her daughter to this school. Long story short, she paid a lot of money for nothing. Her daughter had to repeat the grade over again at a different school. I can't believe they haven't shut this place down yet..

Have you been hearing at work and around town that the adult program GEDs offered from Liberty Christian Academy are fake? It is not necessarily fake, it is not, however, state accredited, which has caused me problems with a job and enrolling into college. I later had to take another GED test at the middle school and have had no problems with it. Liberty Christian Academy was a waste of $125 for me.

Community ratings and reviews do not represent the views of GreatSchools nor does GreatSchools check their accuracy or verify the reviewers' identities. Use your discretion when evaluating these reviews.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.

Our rating (from 1 to 10) reflects a school's overall performance. The higher the rating, the more likely the school will prepare your child for the future, so choose an above-average school (8-10) if possible. For average schools (4-7), do careful research and look for evidence that the school has high-quality programs. For below-average schools (1-3), take caution; a low-performing school may not provide the instruction or environment your child needs to learn, and you may need to supplement classroom lessons at home.

Academic rating

The academic rating is made up of equally-weighted parts: students' test scores, their academic growth (for elementary and middle schools) and their readiness for college (for high schools). Unfortunately, this school doesn't have sufficient data to generate an academic rating.
