St. Anthony De Padua School

My 3 sisters and myself attended St. Anthony's grade school in the 50's and 60's. Because we had Nuns teaching us and the disipline was extreme in some cases, we are highly successful in life!!! I cannot think of of a better place to grow up and get educated than St. Anthony's!! Special thanks to RT Rev Monsignor Bonk, Father Urbine, Sister Serraffia, and most of all Sister Mary Dorthy. God Bless St. Anthony's!!!

My children were more than prepared for high school and college after attending St. Anthony for their formative years. I have seen cases where children in upper grades have transferred in to St. Anthony from public and other private schools and were not able to perform to the same grade level standards. There have also been cases where students have transferred out because of a family move and been advanced a grade level at their new school. Excellent school. Dedicated staff. Awesome community environment. Happy, well-rounded children.

I have 3 children at St. Anthony's. It has always been a great place. However, I believe that it is getting even better. A new, highly regarded principal joins a new pastor who is one of the rising stars in the Diocese to lead us in the coming years. There is great energy in both the Parish and school and I think that it is the best elementary education in town. The proof is in how many of the local high school valedictorians, salutatorians and national merit scholars come from St. Anthony's. I recommend the school without any reservation.

This school is committed to excellence. The faculty and staff is professional and caring. The principal is an incredibly caring and supportive woman. I have one student currently enrolled, but would recommend this school to any new or present family in the South Bend area.

We've been at St. Anthony's for 14 years with one son who is now in high school and another in 3rd grade. The qualtity of education is excellent. St. A. students are definitely prepared for high school. The admainistration and teachers are all caring and devoted to the well-being of the children.

One of my sons graduated from St. Anthony's and one is a current student. We have had positive experiences throughout. The administration is very caring and attentive to the students, faculty, and parents. St. Anthony's illustrates excellence on many levels. I would highly recommend this school.
