I have been very impressed at the way the staff really gets involved. My son has excelled since attending Stinesville Elementary. I only hope that my daughter will be able to attend the same school when she is old enough.
I have always loved smaller schools. The principal, Mr. Buxton, has been there for 20 years. He knows all the students. The teachers are very concerned about helping every student do their best. There is a wonderfully supportive learning environment for all of the students.
We're fortunate to still have a small-town school like this one (approx 200 students K-5). It has good teachers, principals, staff...some of which have been there too long. Very clean school. Small percentage of the same parents are involved with their children in the school activities and PTO.
