I graduated from this school in 2009 and it was awesome. When I left it was growing rapidly. It has very good academics, sports and extracurricular activities. Everyone knows everyone and the staff there is very nice. If you have a chance to go here, you should. It might be a small school but that doesn't make it any less of a good learning establishment.
Got a great education and had good experience.
I have a daughter that is a sophomore at Wheeler and she loves it. This school offers fine teachers and a wonderful sports program. It is a small school with a big school program. Graduates have gone on to Notre Dame, Northwestern and other great universities. Parents play a big part of this school system. It has a wonderufl community atmosphere. Offers everything the big schools have to offer. Everyone knows everyone, kids parents, and teachers alike. Even the superitendent knows the students by name. Everyone attends all sports events and cheers our Bearcats on. You will love this school and the school system that it is in.
