I have nothing but good to say about the staff at Lowell elementary. They truely care about the children and strive to do their best even under difficult circumstances. They are ingenious when it comes to making due with the allocated resources, which at times is not much. My oldest daughter has enjoyed her experience at Lowell and my youngest cannot wait until the day she starts Kindergarten. Great job Lowell staff!
