Wilson is definitely not a very good school. There is so much drama, & so many mean people there that dont care about anyones feelings. (At one point my daughter had to go through people writing things about her dead mother in the school bathroom. The teachers are not at all challenging. And the teachers are terrible. They are either really mean or just sit there, give you worksheets, and dont teach you anything. I recommend sending your child to Franklin middle school instead of wilson. Thank god we moved because my daughter LOVES franklin and would choose to go there anyday. They challenge your child if they need it, & they help them if they need it. Its definitely in my opinion, the best middle school in iowa.
its an awsome school and has great school spirit. its very aware of people with disabilites and other stuff and helps them, and is really good at helping smart students go their farthest.
