Chariton is a small community. The opportunities are wonderful for non-handicapped students and athletes. Not handicapped accessible and it takes a long time to come up with an IEP plan. Resources and funds for handicapped students limited and take long time to acquire. The staff is very dedicated, but due to funds not able to do all they need.
