I am so excited to be a new Lincoln parent! My son just started kindergarten there this year. My brother and I attended Lincoln as well so it is great to be back! I continue to be impressed with the program every day. The new art program is wonderful and I enjoy being involved. I believe that their partnership with the area museums and art studios offers the kids a really unique and up close experience. The focus on discipline and emphasis on respect also gives the kids a chance to gain a little enforced genuine humility which will aid them for the rest of their lives. I am very excited to be a part of the PTA and look forward to the coming years.!:) Meredith DeSmet
My daughters grades have greatly improved since she became a student at Lincoln. Having a child with ADHD is not always an easy road to walk. The teachers at Lincoln are wonderful! This is the first school that my daughter has attended that the teachers actually know how to deal with her ADHD and do a wonderful job handling her quirks. It is so wonderful not to get phone calls every single day over the little things that she does. They just handle it. I am so glad that my daughter is now getting the quality education that she needs. My only regret is that I didn't learn about Lincoln in time enough for her to attend in K, 1st and 2nd grades! Thanks, Becky
I have the utmost respect for this school. My children recieve the best education I have ever seen in an elementary school. I feel more schools should go to the program that they use. I am not excited for my children to leave Lincoln, as they will then be exposed to the ways of regular public schools, and I do not want to see that. I feel that they should make a junior high and high school with the same corriculum so students of Lincoln have the opportunity to continue their education in the same style of learning.
