Ed White has a wonderful teaching staff that is supported by a involved principal. They have set high educational standards for our children resulting in exceptional results! The North Scott school system is the reason we moved to Eldridge. My children have tested above grade level every year and continue to amaze me with all the knowledge they have on so many subjects!

My oldest has moved to the Jr. high but she had five great years at Ed White. I have been very pleased with all the teachers from Ed White that have taught my children. The Principal is a good man who really cares about the all the children. A wonderful educational experience.

this is a small town school , so sports are the big thing! if your kid is good at this he or she will never do wrong in the eyes of this school , some kids come here being a open enrollment school , and alot of the folks who grow up here have a problem with that, overall the teachers are ok they went to this school so there kids are to which there is pride in this . nothing wrong with that expect for anyone new and not from here never will truley fit in! not everyone will be in sports , so not much after school programs other then sports! lots of looking the other way, if you are known here or your parnets , I belive this school needs some change new ideas , maybe even new teachers . sorry just speaken the truth.

Wonderful school and staff! We moved here from Arkansas and have loved Ed White Elementary and Eldridge. We were so lucky to have found such a great community and school. I hope we stay in North Scott until both kids graduate. K. Buster

One of the best elementary schools in the nation. This school is the reason we moved to Eldridge, rather than somewhere else in the Quad Cities. The principal's commitment to student achievement is unsurpassed, which reflects in the attitudes of faculty, staff, parents and students. Special events, such as Grandparents Day, give Ed White a family feel that complements the strong emphasis on success.

Good education but very crowded. School district seems to encourage open enrollment so many kids from other towns come. Consequently, our kids have larger numbers in their classes and less one on one with the teachers. Small town feel.

The teacher, Principal and staff involvement is something I have never seen before. My children have since moved out of the district. They were given the best school experience of their life, something they will never experience any where else. Thank you North Scott for everything you taught and have given my kids, hopefully they will return.

Small school district just outside of a medium sized metro area. Fantastic school, one of the best school districts in a state that consistently ranks high in the nation. Fantastic principal, teachers, staff and, of course, students! Kids go to elementary, middle and high school all within 2 blocks of each other. Small town living at its best!

This is the perfect school to send your child to if you want good, quality education and loving, guiding staff. The principal is very involved and you can not find a finer leader anywhere.
