Community Christian School

This is a school that not only emphasizes academic excellence, but equally stresses godly character traits, all done in a loving environment. Although it is small, it is mighty. Students are taught to care for younger students, learn to be comfortable in public speaking, and care for each other as family - all positives of the smaller student population. In 2008 the public high school's graduating class's valedictorian, senior class president, and student body president were all CCS graduates. The staff knows each student individually and pushes them to become the best that they can be for the glory of God.

Our children attended. Fantastic value for the money spent. Excellent Biblically based curriculum. Academics and test scores excellent. Former students have become the leaders when transferring to the public high school. Teachers who care about each student and help them excel. Great parental involvement. Extracurriculars include sports, drama, art and field trips.

We have found this school to be 'Fort Dodge's Best Kept Secret'. Great Academics, wonderful Bible-based education, sports, art and drama. Small classes, mean a lot of individual care. Teachers are all top-notch teachers. They all care about the students as if they were their own children. Just go and visit the school and see what I mean. No need to look any further, this is the one!
