Overall, moving in a positive direction. Lacking with educational opportunities for students. I would not define as progressive. However, family involvement is high. Those families that give more monetarily seem to receive more.

Small school benefits -- small class room size, good community support, great teachers.

This is a great school to grow up at. Teachers are great and they interact with the students really well.

This school is one of the best schools. We have excellent staff and activities going on. People are very friendly around here. Were not big but we are definetly not small. Our students are great! Nothing can beat this school!

This school pretty much rocks, which is good, because I go there. some of the really good things about this school are that its not very cliquey. And even though its totally small town, we pretty much welcome everybody. In the extra curriculars everyone gets a chance, and there are alot of clubs and sports and other things you can join. Plus there's a new middle school being built so soon it won't be crowded at all which is totally great. And I love it there, it totally beats all the other schools in the area.

I sent my kids to Gilbert mainly because I was a Gilbert Alumni myself and remembered what a good expirience it was for me and wanted my kids to have the same. Being a small school, there is time for teacher/child relationships that you just don't get in larger schools. The programs extracurruculars are phenomenal and I learned from my children recently that Gilbert is rated the third place school in the entire state. I was particularly impressed with how much the parents cared and how much time they spent volunteering their time to all of the acivities. Even those their children were no involved. I can't tell you how many times I have seen elderly people just showing up to games and plays because they support the kids and the system. It's still as great of a school as I remember. I can honestly recommend this school whole heartedly.
