I have on child in the High school now and my eldest child graduated in 2007. We moved from the South Side of Des Moines to get our children in a better environment and Grimes is one of the finest in the area. The athletic programs are great and the facilities are exceptional. The staff in the school district is second to none, they care about the children and have immediate response when the boundaries are crossed. Communication with the parents is also exceptional. They allow and encourage parental involvement in the school. I have had the priveledge of taking pictures of many of the events.

This school is amazing. Better than any other school I've ever been to.
