Vicory Christian Academy is the best!! The teachers care for the childrens education but more importantly their spiritual well being. The curriculum is advanced and the children Love it! A wonderful caring family Christian school.

Victory Christian Academy (VCA) is located in Indianola, IA. VCA is known for high standards, motivated students, and caring teachers. The curriculum is at least one grade level above what you would find in most public schools today. Significantly more time per day is spent in reading, writing, and doing math. VCA has such a positive, professional, and spiritual climate. Our 3 boys have been there from preschool to 2nd grade. My husband and I are amazed on a daily basis how much they learn and bring home. I am a school psychologist and analyzed VCA's Iowa Test of Basic Skills by grade level during the 2008-2009 school year. In short, students were testing one to three grade levels above the grade they were enrolled in. Most students were scoring at the 80th percentile and above on the ITBS composite which is significantly above grade level. Check out VCA on Facebook!

I could not be more satisfied with every aspect of education at VCA. I have two children attending. They come home singing songs about Jesus and reciting scripture. I'm also amazed at their reading progress! The environment is secure, loving, structured, and every student who walks through the front doors is valued and accepted. No student is just another number! I love VCA! Thank you to all the staff and God who create this wonderful learning experience.

When high standards are set, children rise to them. This is exactly what happens at Victory. I am amazed by the amount of progress my child has made with reading. The Bekka reading program is top notch. Also noteworthy is the positive atmosphere children learn in - traditional Christian values, small class size and committed teachers.
