My husband and I moved to Milo to be part of this great school district. We had previous lived in a much larger town and we wanted the safety and security a small community provides. My son is enrolled in the preschool program and he is very excited every day he goes to preschool. I find the parents friendly, I even joined a mom's group with a play dates for the moms and kids. I find the teachers and school staff very friendly and willing to put the extra effort in to meet the needs of my child.
I have 2 boys in this school, both began in preschool. One of my boys is in advanced classes, which the teachers have incorporated into a normal day. Meaning, although he's taking other classes, he works within his class & isn't singled out. Any request I've made to the principal or teacher or school as a whole has been addressed & or met immediately. When our family went through upheavle, the counslers were right there, in case there was a need. This is a fantastic, small community school to send a child to.
