Teachers are amazing and they really love their job! The best school in the area. Go Rockets!!
Van Allen is a great school and a great staff that really cares about our kids.
We moved to this neighborhood two and half years ago from another state. I would say this school overall is good. But the curriculum seems to be easier than the school where we came from. The class size is very big especially this year. Also there are not many afters chool activities and my kid does not get a lot of motivation for school work. This school is over capacity right now. Hopefully next year the situation can be improved, since the district is building a new school near by.
Van Allen is a great school! The teacher student ratio is about 20 -22 kids per class. The teachers at Van Allen are very attentive to you and your childs needs. The teachers will take time out of their busy day to give you a call if your child seemed upset or to let you know that your child did not turn in an assignement. The staff at Van Allen want to see your children accel and they are molding our children for tomorrow! Go Rockets!
