Cono as my sons experience was quiet unique school. It was not like a normal private school. Compared to most private schools it's not very academic. The conditions of dormitories are below average. Education was not very intense and focus mostly on basic things. I would recommand this school for those who are having a hard time in normal public school but unable to attend 'good' private schools.

As a graduate of Cono Christian School I would suggest no other school but Cono. The lesson of living together in peace and unity is unique and a major life skill. The different activities they have make a student feel better about themselves and proud. Myself for example, senior year, I broke out of my shell so to speak. I joined the Equestrian team, played the role of a dog and a pirate in the fall production as well as had a solo in the choir. Cono opens doors with such open hearts and helps a person grow while Christ is still the center piece in order to complete the puzzle.

i have been a student here for 4 years (since freshman). Now I am about to graduate. God has used this school to break and change my heart. I was once lost and now I have been found. I am very pleased to graduate from Cono. We are all tightly knit together and the staff seek the best for the students. Even in discipline, the staff show patience and love. I have enjoyed basketball, soccer and track. I have sang in the boys quartet for 2 years now, and I have been a member of the choir for 4 years. I have experienced every kind of probation level and even been sent home for suspention due to misbehavior. Yet, through all my difficulties God has been merciful and the staff willing to work with me to the end. submitted by James Downs, class of 2008 Cono christian School

The school is absolutely amazing. The staff leads the students in the right direction and they love them like one of their own children. Yes, the students may disagree with the staff; but they don't see the bigger picture- How the staff wants to help and love them. Many children think the school is out to get them, but what they really need is to understand the love and meaning of why they are there. To learn obedience, have structure, and to learn about Christ. To fulfil His purpose, not theirs. The school is truly amazing. As a former student, I will always be blessed by the school, because to me, it wasn't just torcher; it was love and structure, discipline and help, all to make me a better person in Christ. Yes, the school did help me. And yes, the choir is amazing as well!

I truely believe that Cono Christian School shool should write the handbook for schools in this country. Parents want the best for thier children and Cono Christian school has the best. This school does things to and for the children that is is nothings short of remarkable. The chior is outstanding, the childred are like angels. This school is an example of equal oppertunity on every level. As a parent if I had to make this choice again I would have done it sooner. Cono has what this country needs, (I repeat needs) for the future generation. To have morals, principle, decipline, appreciation, love, respect and so on in one child is good but Cono has this in every one of their students. Thank you Cono for changing our lives.
