This school has a staff that works hard together to create an environment where all types of learners find success. The principal is in the classrooms and know every child. She also pushes the community to focus on the positives and to be the best they can be. The leadership is strong and doesn't allow one family to run the place. The school is OUR school! We are one in faith, academics and service.

If you are looking for a school with country charm, family values, caring teachers and a supportive administration, look no further. This small rural Catholic school is wonderful. Class sizes are small, teachers are dedicated and the facility is first rate. Not to mention students are getting a great education and teachers are always looking for ways to improve. I have been thrilled with my experience here over the last 3 years.

I am giving 3 stars because this is only our second year at the school, and I understand I may still have some things to learn about it. I have found the teachers to be extremely interested in the individual needs of each student. I have observed the students to be much more respectful and polite than those in our public system, which is the main reason we are choosing to keep our children there. If you want a small-town feel where cousins are in the same school and families are tight and look out for each other, and then see each other during the week for social outings, as well, this is the school for you. I did have some concerns about the administration making things "look pretty and perfect" for parents but I would have this concern with ANY school, including private we pay for and public. My child will have the same 20-25 kids in their class their entire time at QHR Wea, and we feel this is a great environment to raise a child.

I would advise avoiding this school at all costs. The staff is unsupportive, the administration corrupted, and the kids are animals. All they want is your hard earned money. The education received is no where near sufficient. Not to mention that, but the teachers have no control. Our child was constantly tormented due to the small sizes of the classes, and him wanting to be himself. The faculty did nothing to step in.

Our daughters have attended this school since Kindergarten. Our oldest is in 7th grade and our middle is in 3rd. We love this school. It offers small class sizes, a great environment for learning and a firm foundation in our Catholic faith. The teachers have been very willing to meet the needs of our children and are always ready to discuss what needs to be done to improve their education. The principal and staff are courteous and professional and hold our students to a high standard both educationally and in their behavior. We will be sending our youngest daughter to QHR-Wea in 5 years, and will have had children there for 20 years when she graduates. This school offers sports, after-school care, daycare, enrichment, remedial and Spanish.

This school is a small homey school. They have young teacher who are strict but fun. The principal is loud and strict. It is easy to make friends with the kids. Next year the middle school students will have their own building and lockers and electives. They have many extremely talented teachers and many not so extremely talented teachers

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
