The leadership in this school is lacking, big time! They give written guidelines for discipline, but the assistant principal makes up his own rules as he goes along. Bullies are allowed to bully. There are also some teacher/coaches who need to remember they are teachers first! If a child comes in asking for help then they need to respect that child for having courage to come in and reteach the lesson to them instead of putting them down.
