I would consider this one of the top school districts in the state. Academic performance is outstanding with many kids scoring higher than 30 on the ACT. The school achieved the standard of excellence on all 12 state assessments in 2005. My children actually feel like they are apart of the school rather than just going to school. They have a very successful athletic program where all participants are welcome. They don't have tryouts and cut people from the teams. My children play football, basketball, baseball and one runs track. The community is warm and safe. People will go out of their way to say 'Hi' and try to get to know you and your family. The support is fantastic. We couldn't be happier. I work in Wichita and it takes me less than 20 minutes to get to and from work. Worth the look!

The smaller amount of kids that go here mean that everyone tends to get along with everyone. When I went (graduating class 2001) there were no real defined clicks. It was nice. They have one of the most awsome music programs I have ever been in and I have moved 27 times and been in 27+ schools. The music teacher Mr. Chronister devotes his life to the music. There is also a wonderful athletics program. And the town itself is really pretty. Check it out if you are interested in that area. You won't regret it!
