The teachers and staff are great, not only is it a school, where kid go to learn to be leaders. But it is also an extension of your family. Jackson heights makes every child and parent feel great about themselves and help them in any way possible. They have more one on one with each child and their true focus is your child's education!

I love Jackson Heights Schools because they are small. I moved to Kansas my sophmore year from a big school in Arizona. There were fights on a daily basis, guns, knives, and even drugs in the classroom. I know that I would never have to worry about my children being exposed to that at JH. The teachers and principal work very hard to keep JH a clean and honest school. I especially like that there are 'special' teachers that will take the time to challenge students that are advanced or even ones that are a little behind. I will always have a special place in my heart for JH.

I went to JHS and loved the small class sizes. I need the extra help with Math and reading. I had a chance to have alot of one on one with the teachers due to the size of my class . Now my children go there. I love that the principal knows my kids by name and what their interest are. The teachers all do extra special surprises and fun things in their room for the kids. The kids go to school an can't wait to learn something new each day. I really love JHS. I work in a different school district, I see the difference in my school and JHS.

This is the kind of public school you want your kids to attend. Caring faculty, great kids, and a pride in the school not often found today.
