This El school realy knows how to teach with fun hands on lessons. I know my child will be safe when their is a tornado or a fire.
While there are some great teachers who love our children, there is some internal politics in the school that is damaging to our children's overall education. I have found the communication with parents to be poor. I strongly feel that the programs are more important than the individual achievement of our kids. There is a determination to not allow the kids' education get in the way of being the model for expeditionary learning. I would hesitate before putting kids in this school.
We have fantastic teachers & staff at DRE! The music & art programs are phenomenol.
Great teachers, admin, staff! Everyone seems to care about the kids and are very positive. Plus in their short time, they have some award winning teachers.
Bright Students + Committed Staff + Involved Parents = One great school....Delaware Ridge Elementary!
