One of the best overall schools with great vocational programs including a nationally ranked HOSA and health science program.

I am a past student, and I am so appreciative of the education that I received at PHS. I was active in band, forensics, and debate, and all of my teachers were so very supportive. I believe that PHS employs the very best of the best, and any parent should feel lucky to have such a wonderful school available without having to pay tuition. PHS, and all Pittsburg Public Schools, provide the best education that is available in the state of Kansas. I attended elementary school at Lakeside, along with Junior High, and I have excelled in every university I have attended.

As a former student, I had learned so much from the best teachers around. I had some great experiences while attending this school. I felt safe and my learning experiences were great. I would recommend this school to anyone.
