I am amazed at the pride this schools shows. Kids show respect for their teachers and their school. Academics are top notch.
Don't lose your phone at this school because the staff there will hack into it and go through all your personal data.
Outstanding school! This school works hand in hand with parents. The PTA is very strong and involved, and the staff is appreciative. The school offers many, many after-school enrichment activities.
THIS SCHOOL IS SO MONEY HUNGRY! EVERY OTHER DAY MY SON COMES HOME WITH SOMETHING WITH $$$$ SIGNS ON IT! NOT ONLY THAT BUT THEY TELL THE KIDS, SO WHEN YOU CAN'T GIVE THEM MONEY FOR EVERY LITTLE THING THEY ASK FOR, YOUR CHILD FEELS LIKE AN OUTCAST! I REALLY WISH WE WOULDN'T HAVE MOVED TO THIS SCHOOL DISTRICT. I'M NOT A FAN OF HOW THEIR HAND IS ALWAYS OUT!!! ALSO, THEY DON'T DO ANYTHING FOR THE KIDS TO PRESENT TO THEIR PARENTS. THERE ARE NO CHORUS/BAND SHOWS FOR PARENTS TO ATTEND AND WATCH YOUR CHILD. UNLESS YOU CAN VOLUNTEER AS A ROOM PARENT YOU ARE BASICALLY CLUELESS AS TO WHAT YOUR CHILD DOES. I WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT NOT BEING ABLE TO SEE HIM ANYTHING THIS YEAR!! I FULLY REGRET BUYING A HOUSE IN THIS DISTRICT AND NOW WE ARE STUCK WITH THIS TERRIBLE SCHOOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My daughter went to this school for one year, its was not up to par in my opinion. Student pick up procedure was terrible. No tutoring help offered.
Stephens Elementary is a wonderful school. The kids are challenged and have fun. We have a new principal in 2010 and he is awesome. The PTA and parents are very involved. We are extermely proud of our Stingers!
Stephens Elementary is a fantasic school. Teachers care. I am proud to send my little ones to Stephens
My son has been going to Stephens for a couple years now. He has ADHD (ADD) and his teacher is wonderful in helping him. The school itself is very involved in wanting your child to do their very best. They have been very helpful in coming up with ways and ideas to help my ADD child. I am thankful! They also put up with my constant monitoring and questions. It is a must with an ADD child.
I am very pleased with Stephens Elementary. My son started this year in Kindergarten and I am amazed and how much he has learned in the first term. The standard of the projects he brings home is exceptional. I recently moved here from another state in the north east and i can tell you the level of education in this school is comparable to the private schools on the east coast. I would highly recommend this school to any parent.
I believe that stephens elementary is one of the top schools in northern kentucky for many reasons. They have a full faculty that is qualified in every aspect of their job. The administration is very approachable and always willing to help out and hear any concerns that a parent may have. The extracurricular acitivities that are offered are high quality and very diverse to appeal to every child. The pta organization is very involved and gives a lot of money to the staff to help run programs as smoothly as possible. Parents are welcome to volunteer at any time as long as they have a background check on file at the school. I feel that my children are very safe and loved by their teachers. I would and have highly recommended stephens elementary to many friends.
