I graduated from Menifee County High School. Yes the number of classes offered were limited but the education I recieved was great. I did take geometry and pre cal there. I had never taken great notice of education I recieved there until I went to college. Where I was amazed at how much further I was a head of many of the other students. Good job MCHS!

Menifee County High School is an excellent source for learning. Although that is pretty much it. It offers very few classes for its 'gifted' students. They will not offer any classes susch as geometery to students who can handle this type of class. They are also thinking about cutting the gifted program to really hurt the school and the students. I feel that this and the other schools here do not do the students justice.

About the tests

In 2010-2011 Kentucky used the Kentucky Core Content Tests (KCCT) to assess students in grades 3 through 8 and 10 through 12 in reading, social studies, science, writing, and math. The Elementary School results displayed on GreatSchools profiles are for grades 3 through 5 combined for each subject. Middle School results are for grades 6 though 8 combined, and High School results are for grades 10 though 12 combined. The KCCT is a standards-based test, which means it measures how well students are mastering specific skills defined for each grade by the state of Kentucky.
