I moved to this area less than a year ago, transferring my child into this. So far I am very pleased with the result. Both of my children are excelling with the small class size and more individual attention. I am glad we made the move and would recommend this elementary school to anyone.
This is an overall average country school. The rates for this school are high but drop in this county as they hit high school compared to the other schools. Hillsboro is not overcrowded and they have a huge outdoor play ground. There is only a couple things I dont like about this school. One is that the teachers do not try to get the parents involved. There is no parent-teacher contact. I always thought that was the underlying issue in our school children today. The other thing is parent volunteers. They have their regulars set in here and will not let the other parents that want to help to anything. I guess it could be worse, but me as a parent I just want the perfect school.
