I am only a grandmother of a second grade student. Any time of contact at Turner has been very friendly and professional. The building is great. I hear great things about the school and teachers. Others need to respond. There is so much care there. Linda
When I hear people refer Turner Elementary, they usually comment about the building & how nice it is. I am quick to tell them that while the building is nice, it s the people that make the school Outstanding! Students are given many opportunities to develop academic and social skills, which are vital in becoming productive citizens. They are challenged to reach beyond their boundaries and encouraged to always do their best. They are taught the value of respecting others and importance of being responsible for themselves and their actions. At Robert B. Turner, every staff member including: janitors, cafeteria workers, librarian, teachers, assistants, principal, office staff, counselors, bus drivers & school nurse is a valuable asset to the school. They work together like a well-oiled machine, to ensure that things run smoothly. I am very impressed with this school and would recommend it to anyone.
