Louisa East shows a total lack for parent involvement no matter how many times you email or call no one knows what is going on. The assistant principal of the school was not even able to tell me what time my son's halloween party was she actually emailed back said i do not know what time ask your kid. Hello she could not just go ask the teacher who would not email me back or call me. It's said that these are the people teaching and watching our kids. if they do not have communication with their staff how can the protect or keep track of our kids? I am not the type of over protective parent or anything. I asked my kid and he did not know what time it started he just wanted Daddy to come to his part like the other kids dad. East F-

About the tests


Until 2010-2011, Kentucky used the Kentucky Core Content Tests (KCCT) to assess students in grades 3 through 8 and 10 through 12 in reading, social studies, science, writing, and math. The Elementary School results displayed on GreatSchools profiles are for grades 3 through 5 combined for each subject. Middle School results are for grades 6 though 8 combined, and High School results are for grades 10 though 12 combined. The KCCT is a standards-based test, which means it measures how well students are mastering specific skills defined for each grade by the state of Kentucky. Beginning in 2011-2012, Kentucky switched to the K-PREP and EOC exams.
