To the parent with the 3rd grade son..... There is a teacher in the intermediate department named Mrs MORAN..... (pronounced "mor-ann")

Students get individual attention and idealized learning that caters specifically to each child's specific needs. There aren't as many advanced classes available in higher grades for high performing 7th and 8th graders, but what the school lacks in curriculum they make up with style. To the person below...what exactly is moran? It's clear you think the teacher intended to write "moron" and you took offense. Are you sure the teacher didn't write something else and you misinterpreted it?

My son is in the 3rd grade, doing well in all classes, besides math. He is failing, when last year that was his best subject. His teacher wrote moran on his paper that was sent home. This school is teaching our children that if they are not catching on as fast as they would like then they will be made fun of and called names.

It is the school. I had my kids in. They learn more and the teachers care if they hit their goal.
