My child attended this school for 9 years. There is no better school in Eastern KY. I totally agree with their mission statement. There is no better gift you could give your child.

This is the best educational experience your child can get in the Eastern Kentucky region. Some schools in our area boast that their KATS scores are highest in the state, but they have never outscored MCA on the National CTBS (MCA does not participate in public school KATS Testing). The academic teams are always winning competitions, even competing on the state level. The girls' volleyball and boys' basketball teams both won the team academic awards for the highest GPA in the countyin 2007. The boys' GPA was the highest ever recorded in 2007 and in 2008 they broke that record. The environment is like family, everyone at MCA will treat your child as if he/she were their own. Children learn respect and moral values and have a non-denominational Christian Ed class each morning. There is no better school!

I have only been affiliated with MCA for a short while but I have seen extraordinary teachers and, staff with tremendous leadership abilities. Christian values and leadership skills are instilled in our children. These children are not only getting a good Christian education but also, they offer special classes like: Spanish, Art, and Music.Their academic and athletic skills are beyond expectations! Any child would be blessed to attend this school.

I attened MCA for 9 years. I loved everything about it! Being a part of MCA is being a part of a big family.

My child has attended MCA for the past four years and we have found it to be an academically excellent school. There is another private school nearby and it is about $80 less per month in regards to tuition. However, the other schools registration fees, book fees, etc. are much higher. MCA may cost a few hundred more per year, but it is a situation where you get what you pay for. We are a quality 'true' Christian school that also happens to be an accredited institution which has stood the test of time and produced many wonderful students who excel once they go on to high school and college.

This school has alot of issues there is no true leadership within and has a board that is out of touch. There is no quality extracurricular activities and communication to the parent is zero. The cost of tuition is insane there is other private, true Christian schools in the area much more affordable.

This school has been great for my self-esteem and learning skills. The teachers work one on one with you to make sure that you understand the material, and some even offer after school tutoring sessions. You also learn good moral standards like kindness, fairness, and self-control. The extracurriculars are boys' and girls' basketball teams, an elementary and middle school academic team, and a girls' volleyball team. The boys' A-Team basketball team has won the county championship two years running. The parents are also strongly encouraged to be involved in their child's development. The principal of the school leads the children very well and is also very involved in their growth and development. It is also safe, and every safety issue is handled expertly. This is a wonderful school for your child to go to for higher standards of learning.
