Communication from the staff at this school is dismal. I often get notes/letters WEEKS after the event has happened. None of the teachers' websites are updated. It is very frustrating to try to get any information ahead of time about anything. The lunch menu generally comes home about the middle of the month - that is frustrating for elementary school students who are generally picky eaters. The music program at this school is EXCELLENT. I do not like the way they use Accelerated Reading as part of a grading system. That is not what AR was intended to do.
The teachers are wonderful and caring. The principal is very friendly. The kids love their school which speaks wonders to a parent.
