As a former alumni of this school and others in the area, I think that it is one of the best schools in the region when it comes to academics and College preparation. West Carter also has an amazing principal, an excellent Faculty, intelligent and determined students, and a proud basketball program.
The most accepting schools I have ever been too. The teachers really care about their students. And the community stands behind the school and the sports as well.
West Carter High is a wonderful school with a caring staff and principal. My daughter loves going to this school and enjoys being with the wonderful, competent teachers and staff. Jim Short
