I have been not only a parent but a teacher as well at this elementary school. I found the professional mannerism of the principal very disturbing. While there are good quality teachers in this school, only a few of the 'chosen' are reminded of this fact. I think it is a shame that the children are not recgonized unless they are from a higher socioeconomic family. The principal at this school chooses to allow her personal feelings to cause conflict among the teaching staff which in turn does not generate a high morale environment. She emphasizes 'competition' among teachers instead of working together as one for the better of each individual child.
