Creekside Elementary School

Creekside is a great school! I have two children attending this year. My son has been at this school since Kindergarten. He is now in second grade. My daughter just started kindergarten this year, and loves the school! My son was placed in the gifted and talented math group. This school definately exceeded my expectations...We are a military family as well, and it is difficult to know what school is the best for your child!

My child has attended Creekside since it has opened. I have been extremely satisfied. The teachers hold high expectations for students and they are extremely caring. My daughter has always maintained 2 grade levels above in reading and math. Be active in this school and see what great things happen here!

I am not very satisfied with Creekside. We are a military family and last year was our first year here in Kentucky. Last year, our daughter had a teacher that really showed that she cared. This year, I can't even get my daughter's teacher to have a parent teacher conference. I guess that I am confused about conferences. I thought that they were scheduled at a certain time of year and held in the evenings after the parents could get home from work. Also, this teacher never explains anything that goes in the classroom. Also, there is no type of extra-curricular activities offered. I don't know how I can be active in my childs education, it I can't get a help from the teacher. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know. Thanks.
