Park Forest Elementary School

I HAVE 2 CHILDREN THAT ATTEND PARK FOREST ELEMENTARY. mY DAUGHTER IS IN MR. GIPSON'S CLASS AND MY SON IS IN MRS.NGUYEN. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL TO ANY PARENT. MY CHILDREN HAVE BEEN ATTENDING THIS SCHOOL FOR 4 YEARS NOW AND I AM VERY PLEASED WITH PRINCIPAL AND TEACHERS.

Park Forest Elem. Is a great school, My daug. is currently a 4th grader in Mr.Gipson's class who inspires his students to believe that their is no goal to big that they cannot reach. My daughter comes home EVERYDAY with a new word to add to OUR Vocabulary. I'm very grateful that my daughter has experienced 2 very educated teachers since attending this school 3rd grade teacher Mrs. Berthelot & now Mr.Gipson. I can only pray that she be Blessed with an educated 5th grade teacher to prepare her for 6th grade honestly 'I believe she's ready now.' Park Forest Elem. is a GREAT neighborhood school, I'm so impressed that I've applied for my son to attend their Pre-K program next school year. Sincerely, S.Coleman

I love Mr Gipson, he not only motivates my daughter he teaches life skills that can help my daughter become a productive young lady. Thanks Mr Gipson

my child comes home with scrapes, cuts, torn clothes, etc.. at least 3 times a week. Last week another child urinated on my son and nothing was done about this. The academics at this school are poor and between these two things I am moving to put my child in a better school system. I feel sorry for any child having to endure the torment my child has went through and by the way this is his first year of school and I have never thought that teachers would allow such behavior but these teachers just turn their heads and let it happen.
