My children went to Bernice and Lillie...until I could get them out. The school is at best substandard. I would have to advise that if you are considering Union Parish consider private school or homeschooling (we currently do both, as we cannot afford private school for all the kids. Sad but true, the school system here is failing the kids.

Bernice High School offers grades K-4 & 9-12! The leadership is improving yearly as leaders try to improve the learning experience as well as the surroundings. While the school is small and may not be considered 4 star it is a school where the students can feel the care the teachers and other leaders put into making Bernice High School a school that all can be proud of.
