Bellaire Elementary School

Bellaire is a great school!! The teachers are very caring and show each student that they care and really want each one to successed. They encourage involvement from the parents and are appreciative of any assistance they receive.

Before Hurricane Katrina, my daughters only attended catholic schools. When enrolling my Taylah' into Bellaire, I was reluctant to release her into a public school. Bellaire has changed my perspective of a public school education. We have relocated back to New Orleans and we really miss the love of the Bellaire staff. Bellaire is the greatest school my kids have ever gone to. After Hurricane Katrina, they welcomed my kids and our family with open arms and I will always love them for that. This school pushed my kids to want to do do better and the teachers and staff keep the kids motivated.

Bellaire is a wonderful school. My daughter has been treated with respect and even with her behavior, she is treated like a real person. Mrs. Weaver understands children.

Bellaire Elmentary is a great school. I have had two children attend the school and both enjoyed it very much. The faculty is wonderful very caring and enthusiastic. The school promotes parent envolvement. I loved everything about this school. No complaints.

This has been a wonderful school for my twin girls. We will miss Bellaire as we move on to Curtis. Bellaire has the best teachers and staff as any school that I have had the pleasure to come in contact with. They have a great many parents that get involved there because they make us feel needed. Get involved too, volenteer at your child's school where ever it may be.

I have two children at Bellaire and heve been pleased every year. All parents feel welcome from the time you enter the front door until you leave the school. All of the staff knows the children and does their best to make the children comfortable. We couldn't ask for a better start to our children's education.
