Teachers are very helpful to the students and there is alot of personable one on one with students.
I feel more qualified teachers with experience in behavior managment and special training should be utilized to improve the classroom structure. The teachers are not in control and let their tempers get the best of them and give the children immediate gratification and pleasure of annoying the teacher. The children are achieving their goal, but the teacher has not. Long time ago, when I was in school our teachers always told us they were our second set of parents. However, today the mentality of teachers have changed. They feel children are only goods and services. If the goods do not receive the services, the goods are labled unable to deliver. All the teachers complain its the parents and their children, but how is it when I see and hear the concern of parents everday. At this moment, I am sitting with a parent searching for rankings. So, Educators wake up!
