This school needs a health inspection. Its not safe if you dont want your kids to be in the enviorment of 'learning new words' from older students. People are very rude and teatcher dont notice it, and the P.E. coach will not care if you are getting beaten up by an 8th grader three years older than you. Please clean this school today I saw the cockroaches under the table in the cafateria. THIS SCHOOL IS NOT HEALTHY!

i am a student here at brusly middle, i love this school and i dont want to leave. for the 3 years i have been here i have loved it the only thing is the assistant principal she is very disrespectful to the students who try to be the very best they can be. the teachers are hig class,i ave wanted to be in a private school all my life but since i have been here i dont want to be any where else
I am a teacher at this school and I can honestly say, with proof, that this is one of the best schools in WBR parish. It consistently has school performance scores in the mid to high 90's and has been the top school in the parish in past years. Teachers and faculty here are top notch and are willing to do whatever necessary in order for children to succeed. I would send my children here above any other public or private school in the area. These teachers are 'pros' at working with students of all socio-economic status and leave NONE OF THEM BEHIND. Their biggest problem is parental involvement; however, some of that stems from the age group that is taught. Many middle school aged students don't want their parents at school.
I have enjoyed my sons experiences at that school after transferring him into the parish. I am not pleased with the parent, teacher, principal conferences with problems in the class, but I do know that you must keep in contact with the school for behavior purposes. Your child will be in clinic before the teacher contacts the parent for behavior problems.
I go to this school and I must say that it s a great school. The teachers are great with us the students. The staff is good too. The assistant principal loves to get in thouch with the students. We have lots of good students.
