It really is a wonderful school. It's very nice, too. We just got a new floor in the new gym and new desks for teachers and students. :)

I graduated from Choudrant High School in 2001. The education I received there was more than just academics. The atmosphere is so personal. Everyone cares and no one is left out. The administration will go out of their way to help you. I would love to send my children there!

I am a student at Choudrant High. I love the school. I am very pleased to say that I do not have to worry about my safety at this outstanding, though small, school. Everyone knows every one and you just feel welcome. We have pride in achieving a higher acedemic and athletic record than most schools in the area! I was disappointed at the actions taken about the gifted class. I and many other very talented students were compelled to quit because of teacher performance. I really want to be in the gifted/talented program but I believe I don't need to go back until actions are enforced. Over-all, Choudrant is the best school you can send your child.

CHS is known to be an exceptional school in Lincoln Parish. My daughter graduated from this school last year and attended her four years of high school at CHS. The professionalism of the faculty and administration speaks volumes for the school. The school's academic performance for the high stakes testing also has an outstanding reputation. One of the most important things that can be said about the administratio of CHS is their attitude concerning athletics and academics. Although athletics is a huge part of CHS, students there know that academics is first and foremost. There is no tolerance for not making grades. I can appreciate that as a parent. Students at CHS are held accountable for their academic performance.
