I have worked at this school as a pre-k teacher's aide, and it is the poorest school in the parish; where, at one time, it was one of the best. The staff do not care about their students, teachers seem to be more interested in who's doing what to whom, and there is no true discipline. The principle spends more time worrying over petty things, than his staff and students. The assistant principal is the only good thing about that school, and, it just so happen, that he was my elementary school principal. He had retired, but evidently they needed him back within the district. However, because of his assistant status, there is only so much he is allowed to do.
