As the parent of a current middle school student I would like to formally commend Cedarwood for its excellent academic program as well as its social atmosphere as well. When your child is allowed to play with children of all ages during recess and pe time I believe as a mother it helps them become a more well adjusted, well rounded individual. Cedarwood has a program for all and everyone feels welcomed from the start.

As the parents of a current 1st Grade student, we would like to formally extend our thanks to the entire teaching and administrative staff at Cedarwood for the help, support, care and expertise that you have provided over the last 5 years. We are about to depart from the US and we wanted to take this opportunity to let you know how much our daughter has enjoyed being part of the Cedarwood family since 2005. She has consistently developed both academically and socially throughout her time at the school and this testifies not only to the positive, nurturing environment that is a fundamental part of the school's ethos, but also and particularly to the wonderful combination of pragmatism and expertise of her teachers. Every class teacher that our daughter has been assigned has had a positive impact on her development and the real measure of this is not only reflected in her academic development, but more in her love of learning and the fact that she genuinely looks forward to going to school every day!!! We have also very much enjoyed taking part in the school's well organised and well run social activities and events over the years. We know that we have made friends at Cedarwood that we will never forget, even though we will be on the other side of the world. Thank you to the entire school community for making this such a positive and enjoyable part of our lives here in Mandeville.

My daugther is in Kindergarten now. She loves going to school. We moved to Mandeville last year because of my work. She went to Cedarwood for 4 yrs old class right after Mardi gras. This school is the clear leader in diversity, you can see the mix of international students and the native. The kids will have opportunity to understand different cultures and languages.

Cedarwood school is nuturing, fun, interactive, and highly focused on the individual student. My daughter started in the 2 year old program and is now about to continue into the Kindergarten program next year. The preschool staff speaks and acts incredibly professional to the point where you realize that this school is miles away from a typical 'day care' facility. And at the same time, my daughter has fun learning and playing, looks forward to school, her friends there, and talks about her teachers and the other teachers she interacts with. The elementary and middle school staff continue this professional, individualized, and caring approach and that is why she is continuing on to Elementary school at Cedarwood.

My son has gone to Cedarwood for two years now. The big deifference from Cedarwood and any other school is they really do love your child. You are treated like a family member and that gives me the confidence to know that when im not there he is truely taken care of. I am very protective and I am a parent that fully realizes we only get to raise our chidren once and must do it right. Cedarwood is helping me do that.

My son has been at Cedarwood for 10 years (he started as a 4 yr old & is graduating 7th grade this year). He is extremely prepared for high school next year--both socially, emotionally, and especially educationally. We can't think of enough great things to say about the school curriculum & staff.

Cedarwood is a place where we learn new stuff every day and practice the things we need to review. The teachers are nice and go out of their way to help you. Math is my favorite class because my teacher makes it easy and fun for me. I love my school and my teachers.

Students who attend middle school at Cedarwood are more than prepared for high school when they leave in 7th grade. My child has found high school much easier than her peers because of the instruction she received.
